 These are some selfwritten skripts and tools I commonly use on my
 machines.

 - apt-download: download stuff from unstable.
 - ctermid: prints the name of the controlling terminal.
 - dctrl-find-compressed: Find best compressed version of some file
   listed in a dctrl-file.
 - detach-cterm: runs a command without a controlling terminal.
 - isatty: tests if its standard input is a terminal.
 - merge-config: a utility to merge config files and automatically
   check them into rcs.
 - pvsum: make checksums, showing progress via pvsum.
